Reusable mugs and water bottles are the easiest thing you can do to help the earth! I've always got 1 or both of them in tow with me wherever I go.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

The only barrier I see to not using reusable water bottles is that I don't always remember to bring my own bottle, or sometimes I want something to drink that I, for example, grabbed from the convenience store that comes in a plastic bottle. But moving forward, I know I can make always using my reusable bottle a permanent habit by filling it each morning and making sure it goes with me everywhere that I do.
