  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Food Watch a Documentary about Food Sovereignty
In what ways does your community practice food sovereignty and what would happen if you could not access those foods?

By supporting local farmers and making it viable for lands to stay in agriculture we have access to local fresh foods. I do some wild harvesting of edible plants seasonally such as berries and mushrooms. These foods would cost a lot more if I had to buy them in the store.
