Spend 30 minutes educating my family/friends about Southern Resident Orca Whales and their endangered food supply.

I will plant 20 tree(s) in my community, public parks, or backyard to combat climate change and reduce stormwater impacts to Puget Sound and/or Pacific Ocean.

Recruit 2+ friends/family/neighbors and together remove invasive vegetation from our home/apartment building/neighborhood that is in a watershed upstream of downstream salmon and orcas.

I will plant native species, landscape with water-efficient plants, and stop using fertilizers so my footprint in my ecosystem doesn't harm the Puget Sound and/or Pacific Ocean downstream.

I will sign up for a local CSA (community-supported agriculture) to help keep remaining farmland in farmland, in Puget Sound or Pacific Ocean watersheds, and reduce the trend towards paved over environments.

I will source 2 meal(s) per day from local Puget Sound producers.

I will watch 2 documentary(ies) about food sovereignty: the right of local peoples to control their own food systems including markets, ecological resources, food cultures and production methods.

I will find out how I can limit single-use items and do my best to limit the waste I generate, so long term, it stays out of the Puget Sound and/or the Pacific Ocean.

I will not accept any disposable bags when making purchases further reducing plastics that may enter Puget Sound and/or the Pacific Ocean.

I will avoid sending 3 disposable cup(s) to landfills by using a reusable mug.

I will keep 5 disposable plastic bottle(s) from entering the waste stream, and downstream in Puget Sound and/or the Pacific Ocean, by using a reusable water bottle.
