November 4 at 1:03 PMI am a boater, and love to see wildlife, most boaters do, there is a balance. I have taught my son that we are just visitors in their home, we must leave no trace. November 4 at 10:16 AMI have found that playing music ( especially a ~5 minute song) while in the shower helps me keep track of time!

October 30 at 8:30 AMBiking instead of driving around town gives me a totally different way of interacting with our community and our streets! Plus the exercise always feels good, even in this colder weather!
